Well it is 6 months and I have muscles where I forgot that I had..I love it and this week I will sign up again for one of the best things I have done for myself in years

Update August 8,2011   I am into my third week and it is working.   I know because my muscles are talking back to me, and they are saying Thank You, Thank You

 

Talk about feeling like a new woman.

 

It has been over 20 years since I did any exercise routine and I was not certain this was going to work for me, well a half hour workout turned out to be better and more effective then any exercise I can remember.

I worked one on one with the owner Dawn and I learned things about my body that i had forgotten or never knew.

I am so excited to go back on Monday for my second session which by the way is free it is one of a weeks free trial but I wanted to join today but she told me to wait.

I have already told most of my friends about it and I am looking forward the the new woman I will be.

Ok Ok it was the Anti Aging facial ..90 minutes of sheer bliss, she even massaged my ears, which by the way have picked up many secrets over the years and they were in desparate need of some sort of pampering.

SIDNEY BAKERY

I  have been living in Sidney for five years now and I am yet to pass this bakery without stopping in except for last Sunday when the lineup was out the front door. 

 I have had friends from out of town talk to me about the desserts, these were people from Toronto, they said when they come to Victoria they make a point of coming to Sidney to have a special treat.

The Best Soup in Town and the girls are sooo nice and pleasant at Georgias in the Sidney Pier Hotel.

  I have yet to have a bowl of soup that I didn't like.

I only give five stars, I either like you or I don't and if I don't, I don't say anything but as far a Flint goes Mike Hardwick has saved my life more than once or should I say the life of my car.  

Before I went to Flint I had another company do my work and no matter what it was it ended up costing approx $1500.00 every time, not so with Flint. 

 i actually had a $5.00 bill once to replace a tail light.  If any of you ladies out here have any concerns about being taken advantage of I recommend Mike and the staff at Flint

 BEST WESTERN CARLTON (DOWNTOWN) VICTORIA

Hats off to the Best Western Carlton Plaza downtown Victoria for having the insight to hire two such charming front desk attendants like Cheryl and Alicia. 

They were cheery as you can see and they went out of their way to accomodate us, including a wonderful room, the beds were not like at home and I am going to rush out and get the same mattress that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cLoud. 

Well done guys

You get what you pay for and I agree but the other night we got service that was very true to that motto and our waiter John went out of his way to prove that the Fairmont Empress do indeed treat all their female guests like Cinderella. 

See for yourself!  I can't wait to go back

There are a lot of people out there who do an exceptional job and they don't always get the recognition they deserve so I am going to bring you everyday people who I feel deserve praise. 

These are people I have never met before but they made me feel that I was special and I want to go back and give them more business

Kelbie is the Cosmetics Manager at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Saanichton B.C.

  I ran in to ask her a question and left with considerable Elizabeth Arden product and a vision of me 10 years younger in 6 weeks.
